Terms and conditions

Our standard check-in time is from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and we kindly request that guests complete check-out between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. Please note that while our front desk operates 24/7, notifying us of late arrival is appreciated. We are pleased to welcome guests of all ages, as there is no minimum age requirement for check-in. For the comfort of all our guests, we maintain a strict policy: parties, bachelor/bachelorette celebrations, or similar large-scale events are not permitted on the property. Furthermore, pets are not allowed at Oasis Nungwi. Upon arrival, we primarily accept cash payment for accommodation and any services.


Cancellation and prepayment


Our cancellation and prepayment policies are flexible and vary depending on the specific room type and the rate selected during the reservation process. We urge all guests to carefully review the particular conditions of their chosen rate before confirming the booking. A crucial part of our policy is the refundable damage deposit. A cash deposit of US$200 is required upon check-in. This deposit secures against incidental damages and will be fully reimbursed in cash upon your check-out, provided a satisfactory inspection of your accommodation is completed.
